WEB Check-in is the on line service enabling you to carry out check-in and seat pre-assignation operations directly and conveniently, from your home or office

The service is only active on national flights for passengers over 18 flying with hand luggage only, complying with the size and weight limits, and can be required from 5 days to 3 hours before the flight departure. WEB check-in can be required for every single passenger present in the booking; for this reason, please insert in the proper panel the booking code (PNR), together with name and surname of the passenger for whom the service is required.

WEB Check-In CANNOT be required by passengers travelling with luggage to be stored in the aircraft's stow, by passengers under 18 or by passengers travelling with children under 2 years of age, by reduced mobility passengers, by the visually impaired or by passengers requiring special assistance in the airport or travelling with domestic animals.

At present, the service is active for flights departing from Catania, Palermo, Venice, Pisa, Milan Linate, Verona, Turin,Rome Fiumicino, Parma and Bergamo. On CODE SHARE flights the service is active only on the routes operated by Wind Jet.

After accessing the reserved area, you can select the route for which you wish to require the service, and directly choose the seat you prefer. After finalizing the seat selection and the purchase, you can view and print your boarding card; you will receive it by e-mail.

Please remember that passengers requiring WEB Check-in should show up at the boarding gate 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time; if they fail to do so, the booking will be cancelled and no reimbursement will be due for the denied boarding.
